The Western blot image displayed is a cropped version, focusing on the regions containing the target proteins (Ckmt1, Gjb1) and the reference protein (GAPDH). The cropping was confined to the vicinity of their respective molecular weights (45 kDa for Ckmt1, 32 kDa for Gjb1, and 42 kDa for GAPDH) without any alteration or splicing of the bands.
