SUMO co-IP followed by WB analysis using a−GFP, a−SUMO-1, or a−SUMO-2,3 antibodies. (b) The half-life of SALL11 was measured after the addition of 150 μg/mL CHX for the indicated points in the absence or presence of ML−792 (1 μM) for 24 h. Protein extracts from control or treated cells were subjected to WB with the indicated antibodies.
