(a) RSMCs were stained with mitotracker probe after treatment with different concentrations of mangiferin with or without 20 ng/ml PDGF-BB for 24 hours. The average length of mitochondria was quantified using ImageJ software. (b) Intracellular ROS levels were detected using flow cytometry after RSMCs were treated with mangiferin with or without 20 ng/ml PDGF-BB for 24 hours.
