A, ITGBL1 mRNA levels in JDP2-overexpressed cells were measured by real-time quantitative PCR. B, JDP2 and ITGBL1 protein levels in pancreatic cancer cells with JDP2 overexpression were measured by western blot. C, Luciferase activity was detected after PANC-1 cells were co-transfected with a luciferase reporter vector and JDP2 overexpression vector or empty vector. D and E, Cell viability, migration (Scale bar=200 μm), and invasion (Scale bar=100 μm) of JDP2-overexpressed cells transfected with ITGBL1 overexpression vector or empty vector were measured.
