磷酸化抗体 - Custom Phospho Specific Antibody

针对一个底物磷酸化和去磷酸化状态下的磷酸化位点而生产的抗体,这样利用底物磷酸化和去磷酸化时和抗体结合型的改变来研究底物是否被磷酸化,从而研究蛋白活性的变化。免疫原经过磷酸化,用其制备的抗体就称之为磷酸化抗体。

我们的磷酸化抗体是针对特定磷酸化位点制备,即位点特异性,相较于泛磷酸化抗体的特异性更高,能够更明确的探究单一或某几个位点磷酸化对蛋白功能的影响。
